PW's is the only place to come to in Rock Hill for homeade icream and a great variety of flavors. PW's has both yogurts and icecream and lots of options. They have concretes which are icecream with candy in them. Also another pro about this icecream shop is that they put a good amount of toppings on their icecream compared to baskin robbins or tcby. This is a local icecream place located near the hospital and the staff is excellent.
