Home made udon is the specialty at Jimbo’s. Home made is udon is like having al dente pasta, only its udon! Their udon is served either hot or cold, with traditional combinations of tempura, and other specialties such as hiyashi udon and natto udon.. They also serve other traditional dishes such as tendon, ozoni, and donburi dishes. Jimbo’s shares space with Makino Chaya at the old King’s bakery location and the parking spaces along the right side of the lot (against the fence) are reserved for Jimbo customers. Parking is also available in the back of the building.
