This store is fairly typical of mall pet stores. One of my biggest issues with the store is even though of course it's cute and everyone wants to touch the animals, they have an awful lot of them out in the open allowing anyone and everyone to handle them. This of course is very hazerdous to the animal's health. They do have a good selection and some of the animals are kept seperated from hands on cantact. They have a lot of good supplies. I find small animal supplies that I haven't seen elsewhere. The prices are somewhat high, but again, typical of mall pet stores.
