Qdoba is one of my favorite places in town, I know it's a chain, but the food is always good (and cheap). Don't be dismayed by the long lines around lunch time, they generally move pretty quickly. They make it fresh as you move through the line. You can have as many of the fresh salsa's as you want. This place is way better than Chipotle (which is similar). Be sure to pick up a Q-Card - for every 10 purchases, you get one free. I personally recommend the chicken queso burrito - it's my favorite!
