I like Hecht's when they have a sale. I found the sales people to be helpful but not bug you the whole time you are in the store. I hate when sales people keep after you and don't let you look at the merchandise. I found some lovely summer sweaters on sale for under 20.00. I also caught a sale on some sterling bracelets. Stop in and try on a new design. Your inner shopper will love you.
