If I ever find the time again to enroll in martial arts classes this place would be my number 1 choice. I’ve been taking martial arts for 15 years and this has got to be the best place to learn. The facilities are modern and clean. They have a great instructor who is very patient in teaching you not only the physical aspect of martial arts but the spiritual side as well. You will learn philosophy and culture. You will learn how to focus. You will learn that fighting is not only physical but mental. You will gain much more than what you expect from just a martial arts class. I have learned profound lessons of life through martial arts and I think everyone should at least give it a shot. You won’t regret it. You’ll come out a new person.
