We have owned Toyotas for about 14 years now, have moved around a bit and are accustomed to the dealership experience - meaning that the drivers with the newer, more expensive cars are treated better than someone like myself. Our family is trying to hold on to a 2001 Sienna (until next year;) I was treated like any customer with a $50,000+ Sequoia! Bill (Lowman) took such great care of me, he worked really hard for us.
