I took my Mercedes to Smitty's to get a minor thing fixed. I talked to a receptionist and the owner, Mike, on the phone several times. Both were very helpful and pleasant on the phone.
I wasn't able to pick up my car until after they closed because of work but Mike waited until about 6:30 pm for me to pick it up! He's a very friendly and possitive guy, I'm glad I got my car worked onthere and I'll definetly be back if I need anything else done. The service was quick, painless, and not too expensive, and I'll say it again -very friendly and personable
