The only hotel in Seattle located on the water, although they are currently building a Marriott close by. Rooms are small but cozy with electric fireplaces. Four stories, interior corridors.
I'd say the best feature is being located on the waterfront and the balconies. It almost feels as if you're on a cruise ship. Puget Sound is very busy, so it's nice relaxing on the balcony watching watercraft cruise by. The lobby is stunning and rustic with high beamed ceilings, a fireplace and great views of the harbor. Rooms are expensive but worth it if staying for a short period of time. We were only there one night.
