It is the owner of this restaurant who every year breaks his own record by making the largest red enchilada in the world. I do believe he's got a spot on the Guinness World Records.
Besides that side of fame and fortune, Roberto's makes pretty good food. This is the place to go out with the entire family, they have a nice, spacious restaurant for everybody to fit. They have a nice patio and this is also the place where everybody orders take out for their office party, they even have bundle packages on their menu!
