I am now purchasing my second 30 day parking pass with them. I left my car with them for 2 weeks more than once and had no problems. The employees are friendly and attentive. They are quick to get you there. As an added bonus, they have eco-friendly vans (well...I am from the Seattle area).
Just my opinion, but I think that there may be companies that may try to leave bad reviews for this company in hopes to improve their own business.
