Only go to this place for gas, if that. It took University Exxon four years just to change their sign!
The gas pumps are old and disgusting. If you do find one that works and actually accepts a credit card, do not leave it unattended. The auto shut-off mechanism does not work, causing gas to SPEW EVERYWHERE! When this happened to me, the gas station attendant was lifeless, and merely brought out a plant watering bucket to clean the pavement!
