The David Davis Mansion in Bloomington is an authentic Victorian house museum that tells the story of the 30-year friendship between Judge David Davis and Abraham Lincoln. Historians will like to hear about the role Davis played in helping Lincoln become president; others will enjoy seeing the house with its original furniture and books. It's a great example of Victorian life. The garden has many of the original plantings. Clover Lawn, the name of the Davis estate, is a great place to spend a morning or afternoon.
