At first glance Paper Moon looks like just a party supply store. A good one at that. They have thousands of costumes in stock, cards, invitations, decorations, balloons, etc. Anything you could think of. but they are also event planners! I have not talked to anyone or attended an event they planned, but the store is definitely worth checking out for your party supplies. I'd love to read a review from someone who has used them!
