I broke my ankle about 6 months ago and had to go to the Urgent Care to get it looked at since it was after hours. I was in a lot of pain and was really scared. They got me in quickly and tried to assess the situation as quickly as it would allow. They did seem a bit taken aback by my injury and not sure right away what to do but they kept me comfortable until I was able to get taken care of. The nurses were very friendly and let me know what was happening the whole time.
