Pembroke mall was halfway decent about 12 years ago, but they have done nothing to make their mall more appealing. They have a Kelly's Tavern which makes it more appealing and a Legends that Lynnhaven doesn't have, but aside from that the stores it does have you can find at Lynnhaven or MacArthur, while also being at a better kept mall.
