I had a facial here and it was wonderful. I do think the atmosphere could be a little better. The room I was in was very cramped and surgical looking. I with there was a little more room to spread out. Also, although the dim lights are nice, there is no natural light. They use Aveda products, which I love. Overall my experience there was really good. It is pricey, but most Aveda salons are.
