If you are visiting the Portland area, or you happen to live here, then you owe it to yourself to check out Oba Restaraunt! Happy hour in the evenings and all day Sundays. $3 will get you one of the best Margaritas in town. They have cool brass covered tables that are marked with all the water stains from cups that have been put there. They really have a great atmosphere and friendly faces. Check it out!
