Heard about this company through a coworker, thought I'd give them a try when I discovered a virus on my laptop.
I called around 10pm thinking i'd get a recording with some info, but my call was answered by a human being and I was talked to politely about the problems I was having with my machine.
Within an hour and a half my computer was virus free. I was assured by the technicians I had nothing to worry about and if I had any future problems or questions that their company was happy to help.
I felt very welcome with these guys and I was happy with the quality help I recieved.
These guys really are the best.
