Thank you so much guys! You totally saved my skin. Without you guys, I honestly don’t know what I would have done! I hired secure remote support to recover some lost files. Apparently, I had accidently gotten a virus on my computer that had corrupted my files and caused me to lose my thesis paper that I had been working on for 6 months! Every time I tried to open it, it would pop up a word document with a bunch of random letters and symbols I'd never seen before. They had informed me that it was a virus that deletes all your information and is VERY difficult to get repaired properly. Within 5 hours Secure remote was able to restore my computer back to working functionality, and within a day I had my documents back. My main concern was getting my thesis and a few other papers restore to functionality. The pictures were important too, and they fixed almost every single one of those. I would highly recommend these guys to solve whatever ails your computer. They did it right, and way cheaper than the other guys I was considering. I love how down to earth and personable these guys are as I expected to have a nerdy talking down to me about what I did or did not do. I had had a previous experience with other an unmentioned nationwide repair company that was condescending and blatantly rude regarding my experience. I highly recommend Secure Remote Support. I have their phone number saved, specifically my direct contact within the company. Easy to talk to, affordable, couldn’t ask for more! Thanks again guys. more

A+ managed IT services 5/23/2015

In June of 2014 our company hired Secure Remote Support to set up small business startup office that included 12 computers, 4 laptops, 2 printers/scanners and a server that we use to house client projects and our exchange. We also hired them to manage our exchange server. I am proud to say that this has been one of the easiest, most successful years our company has had. Especially being a relatively new startup, your first few years are critical. I can easily say that without a doubt we would not be where we are today without Secure Remote Support managing our IT needs. Over the last 11 months we've had the highest quality support at every turn. Every call to them was answered in a reasonable amount of time. Even the silliest of our concerns or problems were met with professionalism and courtesy. This is particularly rare, because I can remember a few different times in the past that I felt talked down to by technicians at other places when they were looking over my family’s computer for repair. I can think of 5 different times in the last year that I had to reach them for missing files, email issues, problems with the programs our company uses. They were always able to resolve it within an hour or two of my first call. Additionally, my other coworkers have had similar experiences that were met with the same style of support that I was. I was also able to utilize their services on my home computer in a pinch. I didn’t realize that they support home users as well but was pleasantly surprised when I called my normal technician and was able to get the issue resolved in an afternoon (kids got a virus.) Having a managed IT solution was of high importance to our company. We found it with secure remote support. We high recommend Secure Remote to any person or company looking for IT support. more

Secure remote was referred to me from a family friend that had used them to move some viruses. Im quite happy with the work that they did on our home computers as well. I worked with a couple of their technicians for a few day period to square away three of our computers. They did an excellent job and I will be utilizing their services again. more

Very positive experience 10/7/2010

I was traditionally a user of local computer repair shops until last Sunday, when they were not open for service. I've been a fan of their quick service and a more personable experience. Unfortunately, my computer is used for work mostly and this time it wasn't starting at all. I needed to have the problem address immediately. I was referred to secure support from a family friend a few weeks ago and decided to give them a call from a business card that I was given. It was about 9 P.M. and I didn't expect to get ahold of anyone. A technician by the name of Sam answered the phone and informed me that they were open for business and were definitely able to help me with my problem. Sam resolved my issue in about 45 minutes. Luckily it was a simple printer error problem that I caused earlier that day, but either way, its good to know that someone is there late at night on weekends that can assist you with your problem for a reasonable price. Thank you guys for your professionalism and support with my issue. more

Very Impressed!! 3/8/2010

Heard about this company through a coworker, thought I'd give them a try when I discovered a virus on my laptop. I called around 10pm thinking i'd get a recording with some info, but my call was answered by a human being and I was talked to politely about the problems I was having with my machine. Within an hour and a half my computer was virus free. I was assured by the technicians I had nothing to worry about and if I had any future problems or questions that their company was happy to help. I felt very welcome with these guys and I was happy with the quality help I recieved. These guys really are the best. more

excellent service 1/31/2010

The two technicians that I worked with at Secure Remote Support were exceptional computer guys and persons in general. They were very happy to be working with on my problem (atleast seemed to be) and did it quickly and efficiently. I dont think I could peg anything bad on these guys. After all the bad experiences i've had with Geek Squad, these guys are doing a much better and more efficient job. Amazingly professional, courteous, and their pricing structure is very affordable. Thanks guys for everything; everyone should atleast consult these guys for a free 'diagnosis' and what not. more

These guys know their stuff. Very efficient at what they do. They offered us local service, and remote service. We took advantage of both. In the end, the service was cheaper than having our other computer guy drive from Portland to come fix it. Highly recommended, and we will, and have used them since our first service call. more

Timely and Courteous 7/27/2009

John, from Secure Remote Support, was contracted by our real estate office to consult our current office set-up. As none of us are really tech people, Secure Remote Support did a great job in advising, purchasing, installing, and optimizing a new structure for all of our computers, av equipment, software, and printers. We are now much more productive than we were before and are actually saving money as we cut out a lot of unneeded, outdated expensive to maintain equipment. Highly recommended. more
