Good: My wife and I have lived here since May of 2009. We love our apartment. The management is helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and has always done a good job. The price is great. We love having the gym and thefact that the buildings are controlled-access.. Bad: The paperwork takes a long time because this is a tax credit community.. Improvements: Just keep it up!. Other: My wife and I don't own a car. This apartment complex is great for busing. The 28 to Fremont and Downtown is right outside the door, the 358 and the 5 to downtown are each a couple blocks away, and the 345 to Northgate is Andes blocks away. There are some great little restaurants in the immediate area as well..
