Good: The service, knowledge, and assistance, were all first class.. Bad: The rude comments made by other reviewers. Perhaps they were responding to the customers serere rudeness or maybe they were just used to being waited on hand and foot and acted liked spoiled brats.
The customer is always right rule goes out the window if the customer is a rude jerk....my opinion.. Improvements: Add a list of unique trees and bushes to their Web site.. Other: Comments by those that state severe displeasure with the service, etc., do need to stay with Home Depot, and perhaps do some personal research before buying. I spoke with Steve two weeks ago and he was most helpfulk in giving advice concerning one of nine spruce trees that was browning. If it did not recover they would replace it. Lee spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me last week answering several questions about different ornamental cherry trees and other trees. I know neither of them..
