This restaurant is just plain fun! It's gaudy and kitschy and touristy but wonderful all at the same time. It's quite a drive from the part of Savannah most tourists are visiting so prepare.
When you arrive, there are hundreds of alligators surrounding the restaurant. Don't worry. They're little and enclosed but you can pay to feed them which is fun. The restaurant itself is enormous and has indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor has beautiful views out over the river. The food is delicious!! Their seasoning for the crab (which you can buy at the giftshop) is unbelievable! The platter of seafood comes with potaotes, corn, crab, shrimp, and sausage. Enough for a crowd. Your table will have a hole in the center and you just dump your trash into it and move on to your next trough (ie. plate).
