We bought our Nissan in 2004 from Woodfield Nissan. We were happy with the price we paid and were happy with the amount we received as a trade-in.
We have not been as happy with the service department. One of the offers to us as a new customer is that we receive the first 12 oil changes free of charge. We also receive a free car wash whenever we are in the area (not Saturdays). From our experience, when we have tried to make use of these offers, it takes several hours of our time. They are putting in a new service facility and hopefully all the problems we have been experiencing will go away when the new facility opens.
