Ray was a very good salesman and I got a deal I was happy with. Thanks

I was looking for a 350Z as a daily driver and I pulled up in my Viper GTS. A couple of salesman came up to me and I said I was looking for a 350Z. They said the 350Z is as fast...

very unhappy and disappointed 12/8/2017

I wanted to buy a certified used car that was advertised on the net with 1.9% and clearance at 1.25%.Instead the used car manager Steve came back with 3.9% plus a certification fee of over $900. The only thing the certification did was reset the original power train time and added 10,000 miles back to the original warranty. I guess when Woodfield Nissan advertises a certification used car the only thing they are saying is they certify that its used!!!! Then when ask about the certification giving me a bumper to bumper warranty I was told no. Then the used car manager Larry proceeded to basically make me feel like a idiot for even asking and saying I would maybe have to look elsewhere. Here I am trying to co-sign for my daughter who doesn't have a lot of money for car payments and car repairs on top of that. Looking out for best interest I couldn't have her spend that kind of money and not have some kind of warranty.I guess Larry and Woodfield aren't really interested in moving cars and helping people out in the process!! I was just looking for a used car for my kid with some kind of warranty I didn't even haggle on the price. Very disappointed in Larry's professionalism and how I was treated. Would not recommend going there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Amazing 10/29/2010

Amazing. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in the car I wanted. He had a "no problem" attitude and obviously valued my business. Erwin was also very helpful and great to work w/too. I will recommend Woodfield Nissan to everyone. (Especially Ray :) ) more

Just terrible 8/20/2006

On first impression, I pulled up and there were about 5 sales people smoking right outside the front door. Obviously I don't want to deal with these people! I started working with a sales rep who answers a personal phone call in the middle of our test drive. We ended up driving two cars before I find one that I liked, so we went inside to discuss a price. They originally wanted 20,995 but eventually came down to 19,000. They pressured me to buy it right then and there, but I told them I needed to go home and do some due dilligence. This paid off nicely, as I found they were listing the car on their website for 17,995. The next day they called and I confronted them about the price difference, and they came up with several excuses as to why they didn't know. They told me that they'd offer me 17,500 if I came in. So I came in the next day. Still angry about the deal, I offered them 16,000. After going back and forth several times, I raised my price to 16,750 and they went down to 17,300. I told them I wanted it under 17,000. I asked them they could come down 2,000 the night before, but almost nothing today. In the end, the best he thought he could offer was 17,100. I told him I'd buy it right now for 16,750. I had my title in hand and a check ready to go. They let me walk. I left without a car. more

Typical Salesman 10/14/2005

I was looking for a 350Z as a daily driver and I pulled up in my Viper GTS. A couple of salesman came up to me and I said I was looking for a 350Z. They said the 350Z is as fast is my Viper with better gas mileage. Laughing inside I test drove one and it was quick but not fast. They wanted $3,000 over sticker and I started laughing. They kept on insisting this was a great deal and wanted me to sign that night. I won't mention the salesman's name but I was able to go to Downers Grove Nissan and found a great deal with salesman that wasn't pushy. more

NEW CAR SALES 8/9/2005

I went to look for a 2005 350Z and the salesman was very unprofessional. When it came down to negotiations he started yelling and screaming and telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. I then showed him the actual invoice from reputable internet sources from Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book and he said these places don't know what their talking about. I would never buy a car from them from their dirty tactics. I would not recommend them in my opinion. more

Better after renovation 8/5/2005

We bought our Nissan in 2004 from Woodfield Nissan. We were happy with the price we paid and were happy with the amount we received as a trade-in. We have not been as happy with the service department. One of the offers to us as a new customer is that we receive the first 12 oil changes free of charge. We also receive a free car wash whenever we are in the area (not Saturdays). From our experience, when we have tried to make use of these offers, it takes several hours of our time. They are putting in a new service facility and hopefully all the problems we have been experiencing will go away when the new facility opens. more
