Good: Location (close to where I live), that's about it. Bad: Staff is terse and uncaring, Dr. Bonsack is intimidated by educated, pro-active patients, appointments are never on time, calling in for a new appointment takes at least 30 minutes, the list goes on. Improvements: My review is based solely on my experience with limited staff so that is the only part that I can qualify that needs to change. Other: Dr. Bruce Bonsack is one of the most unengaged, feeble, and uninterested doctors I have ever had care from. He treats cases conservatively regardless of the urgency to the patient and is easily disturbed and intimidated (he told me I sounded "like a lawyer" and "affected our relationship" with my attempt to ask questions about my injuries). You would be better off with another doctor at Swedish or not going to Swedish at all.
