The BEST Seafood in Philly can be found at Dmitri's. I have not been to the Pine STreet location, but the South 3rd St is awesome. The seafood is always fresh because the place is always packed. Forget about arriving at 8:30 PM on a Saturday, expecting to get seated. The fish is always perfectly grilled and moist. Only downside is the BORING side dish. Please, change the side dish sometime!
