Good: The customer service is Great. Knowledge of all things gold to guitars to guns whatever you have they are fair in pricing of buying and selling. Stores are clean and bright. feel very safe. Employees are friendly and if they don't know the answer they have the manager come over and make the call. Have no fear go there for a great fair deal.. Bad: NOTHING. Improvements: NONE.
