I recently had a a guitar stolen and found it for sell at your location. I was happy to buy it back until i realized the case and equipment it came with was sent to another store. Asking the managers help was seemingly the smart play. He happened to be the fellow eating a fajita and drinking a coke on the sales floor, so all I had to do was wait for him to finish the story he was telling a customer, or freind, about a party he went to where the drinks were free. I thought he might offer to locate the original case , since he mentioned to me that, a guitar was transferred to another store in it. No he said he could get me another from the inventory. When I agreed to it he was already back into the conversation with the for mentioned customer or friend, and seemed to be a little irritated with having to fulfill his offer, so he walked to the back came out a few seconds later and said sorry , we are fresh out. Wow , from plenty to none in ten seconds. Too bad for the customer , but good for him, he could finish his conversation with his bud. Customer service is dead at Pawn One, nothing new I hear. Go to a Top Dollar Pawn that Todd Berringer owns, they act like the public keeps them in business, oh wait , they do.I am a business owner who bends over backwards to supply my customers with what they need, thay seem to remember GOOD SERVICE. I've been searching for other store managers who eat on the sales floor, talk about personall subjects with friends, treat customers , who they have never seen , nor know the buying potential of like insignificant "pawn" scum. But as of know , Pawn One at Hwy 6 and Keith Harrow has that destinction. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
