I was looking for my second car last year, so I visited almost all dealers in town. This dealer is not only a Toyota deal, it is also a dealer for VW and several GM cars. Big dealer. But personally I have two bad experiences with them (Don't want to go into details though). I will try to avoid bring my business to it as much as possible.
