Camryn was our service tech, and he started providing exceptional service even before he arrived. He was running a little late, and called to let me know that before he was scheduled to arrive! He was very efficient, and fixed our gas fireplace in about 30 minutes. He did identify a problem with our furnace, which originally made me skeptical. But when he turned on the system even I could hear to problem.
He came back the following day, replaced the bad part and our furnace is working like a charm and is much more efficient. Thanks, Taylor Heating & A/C!
