A very poor experience and no follow up from company 9/23/2018

While Rohan, the technician was very nice and polite, and while I believe he tried to fix our toilet, within three hours of his departure it is worse than when he started. I sent a follow up email to Robin Clark (who sent me the invoice receipt) expressing my displeasure and requesting that someone call so I could set another appointment to have the issue resolved. Nine days and $135 later, I have yet to hear from anyone at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I would not recommend this company. more
