We've been basically satisfied with Reliable Comfort, but we really don't have a basis of comparison. Mainly we have dealt with them on big purchases, and I imagine they compare pretty well to other companies. One thing they did not long ago for us was to check the humidifier on our furnace--so we had several things checked out. Because we are not really mechanically inclined, we were checking out the thermostat and asking Reliable's technician what we should do.
We were satisfied because the technician was really nice and even stopped by for a very simple question; he stopped by and showed us versus trying to explain everything to us on the telephone. We were really happy about that.
