Eric and his helper completed the work and all is fine. I hope that you have been able to send Geoff/Kelly Nevins a report of the cause of the backup. Farmington Woods is responsible for problems caused outside of the walls of the condo. Eric said that the tree out front of the condo grew roots into the clay pipe causing the back up.
