Latest job was a Hot water tank (gas) replacement. I had a plan with Dominion energy for water heater replacement. Saw water all over basement floor and called Dominion. When the service called later in the day I told them I had determined the leak was from a pinhole in the expansion tank and I was advised the service only covers the water heater. Tank 18 1/2 years old so I called App/Campbell and had it replaced.
