My only complaint is regarding the charges for the repairs. When I first requested service I mentioned that I had received one of your $40 credits for dispatch but had mislaid it. I mentioned that in my first phone call requesting service and was told to tell the service technician about it. I did so when he first came and thought it would not be included in the final charge, but it was. RESPONSE FROM Appleton Campbell: I apologize for this misunderstanding, I will contact you and take care of this right away. Thank you so much for bringing to our attention. Jennifer more

Mike Loy came today and provided a thorough inspection or our aging water heater. He came back with a solid and detailed bid for its total replacement that looks great. Should I go with Appleton & Campbell I'm confident of the quality of service they can provide. more

Quick appointment and they ended up installing the same day, we spent a little more but I know I delt with a company that we can trust, and all of their employees from dispatch to technician are friendly and professional. more

I have been working with Appleton Campbell for a YEAR and the experiences have been unwanted but exceptional. No one wants to have their sump pump die, but mine did this week. Today Ethan and David came by to check on the new furnace and airconditiong system I had installed last year. THANK GOD they came today. It was a rescheduled visit, but I found out my basement had flooded a bit. I had my HVAC unit inspected and now they are installing a new sump pump Monday. I was hoping Appleton and Campbell could provide guidance as to what was happening and who to call to fix it. They are doing everything. Last year I was purchasing my Mom's house as she had passed away. A week before closing the HVAC unit went out. They came out and a day later I had a team of people replacing the system. I have natural gas and pay a monthly fee instead of paying a huge amount the months usage spikes. This new HVAC system is so efficient that I had 4.5 months where I didn't have to pay a bill because I ended up with a large credit. more

A-C is a very dependable service provider. They have performed HVAC and Plumbing services. Personnel are courteous and quick. They are on time for appointments, and if they're going to be late, they always call to notify. That in itself is much appreciated. Mr. Pumphrey was 5 stars. more

Customers do not have pricing surprises at the end of the job, do not pay for a slower technician, and do not have to pay any additional charges for parts to be delivered to their home.
