This was the first time I contacted Imperial Pools to do some work for us and in my opinion, everything went very well and they provided me with very good customer service throughout the whole process. We rarely, if ever, use our pool during the winter so we annually get the water removed and the pool covered. Our regular company that we use was very busy so we decided to go with Imperial Pools. Everything went very smoothly and they did the work very quickly. The men that came out were also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them.
