The girl at the counter was so friendly and helpful!! Rooms were clean and modern, unlike some of the others in Killeen.. i would recommend this hotel , and we stayed in 2 others, before finally finding this one thank you so much for making our visit with our Son so enjoyable i will definitely use Holiday Inn Express Again
