The move was delayed by about 8 hours off schedule which was ok, we dealt with it. My grandmother who is older dealt with them financially, was denied a receipt and said one would come in the mail. No receipt ever arrived. After reviewing the charges, her initial deposit was not factored into the bill,. After six calls and being assured the refund was coming in the mail nothing came. Standard taking advantage of the elderly. Legal action is currently being considered. Review may change if they ever answer the phone.
