For the second time since moving to our house Ben Franklin Plumbing of Andover has saved the day for us. This time an aging septic system drainage pipe failed - right before the blizzard. They worked with us to get the job done quickly and in the most cost effective way. The plumbers worked outside in miserably cold weather on a really tough repair and got it done before the storm hit, despite a couple of unforeseen obstacles. The price was very fair too. We are pleased with the result, these guys are terrific. The dispatch and office folks also are first rate. Definitely trust and recommend this company.
