I had Hendrix Air come out and give me an estimate on some repairs I needed and their prices were so high that I ended up getting a second opinion. They offered me a 5-tiered model of service, which I've never heard of so I wasn't really into the business model. When I got a second opinion they gave a simpler proposal and quoted me about 1/3 of the cost, so I went with them instead.
