I was in Italy and had a person watching my pool. He let me know the heater was not working. I text Noel from Italy and all I knew was that I had a Hayward heater. Noel let me know that the problem is usually a board and that the Hayward heaters are standard with their boards for all models. I got on Amazon and ordered the boards and they arrived the same day I did back home. Installed them and the heater started working. I appreciate Noel's quick response and knowledge in solving this issue. I haven't met anyone who has more knowledge about pools and chemistry than him.
