Poor parts dept service 7/25/2016

Took 45 min to reschedule my appointment. Parts dept., No one answered my call multiple times and when they did they interrupted me and transferred me to service. I had already talked to service and they said I had to go through parts. Not a friendly lady talked to me from parts. I have used Dick Van Dyke for 15 years and this is the worse service I have ever received. The lady from service was polite and understanding of the situation. more
