When I called to get a quote, The Closet Factory sent Shellie Miller to measure the laundry room and pantry. She was a few minutes early and took her time to find out exactly what I was needing and expected. We went to the showroom to see her plan. My husband was especially impressed with the operation at the factory. I was impressed by Shellie's design and the software that helped us see her ideas in 3D. The guy who installed everything was very tidy and nice . Shellie and the Closet Factory are excellent at their profession. I highly recommend them!
