There was confusion as how to best proceed until the owner showed up and provided clear direction. The original estimate was a worst case one and after the owner provided clear direction, the job proceeded in a straight-forward manner. The plumbers were helpful in answering questions and did a good job of cleaning up when done. An issue will the bill was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would use them again.
