Carl ordered wheels for me that, when they arrived, turned out to have the wrong offset. He called the mfg and got them to overnight the correct wheels at their expense, and had them on my vehicle the next day by 4PM. This was especially appreciated as I had to take a veteran, Purple Heart, Marine buddy of mine who has 4th stage cancer, to Springfield MA the next day. Super, professional service!!!!
