The sales personnel were very helpful when I was in the store. After doing some online research, I was able to conduct the entire negotiation process online (I did have to go to the store to actually pay for the purchase). The order (a wall oven) arrived promptly, and was delivered on time by a very helpful and courteous delivery person. The old oven was taken away for only a minimal recycling charge. Very happy repeat customer!
