Very disappointed with the delivery! 4/10/2016

I've always heard excellent things about Dick Van Dyke however I wasn't pleased with the delivery service. 1st - they called at 9am on the day of the delivery. Said they would be at our home between 9am - 3pm. Delivery guy didn't get there until 4:15pm. 2nd - he broke part of the brick off our front door step bringing in our new refrigerator. Only ONE delivery guy delivering these big appliances??? 3rd - we needed the fridge door handle moved to the other side. He used a high impact drill and broke one of the cheap screws off and my husband had to get part of it out of the bracket with using his vice grips. 4th - the delivery guy screwed it in the wrong hole and now we have to wait for a new bracket. 5th - one of the plastic screw covers on the front of the fridge used to cover the holes for the handle was broke off and we have to wait for a new one of those as well. I would recommended these delivery guys not use high impact drills on the cheap screws. And it was obvious he was in a rush because it was at the end of the day and we were the ones who drew the short end of the straw obviously. more
