Air conditioner not working - came out and replaced frozen unit and serviced the unit per contract - later wife recorded on cell the loud noise made by fan located in back yard - she felt loud enough to bother neighbors and just too loud to operate smoothly - worker remarked it had not sounded that loud when he had checked it earlier - he replaced fan motor - everything working well now and service man very polite.
