Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

Wow, talk about cleaning up after yourselves 5/4/2017

The guys that did the install were just fabulous. I came home from work and you couldn't tell that anyone had even been in the house. Outside, where the placed the new air conditioner, they even put all of the landscape rock back in place. Great job guys, Would recommend you to anyone. more

The Servicemen were here on time and they took their time to do a thorough seasonal checkup of the AC and and furnace. We could always count on Getzchman to do the best. more

Getzschman's Service 4/19/2017

Getzschman's replaced our heating and air conditioning system about 8 years ago. It took a couple years to work out some of the bugs of the rather complicated new system; however Scott has been taking good care of our system over the past few years and things have been running very well. more

Emergancy service 4/18/2017

We have had a few midnight emergencies is the past couple years and Getzschmans were out to take care of our problem. There on call person was out to our house fast and we were all able to go back to sleep for the night knowing all was fixed. more

Nothing wrong with air unit 3/28/2017

Stacy, I believe, charged $99.00 to put in a screw and tell me nothing was wrong. RESPONSE FROM Getzschman Heating: Thank you first of all for your review. I did pull up the service invoice of 3/10/2017 our non-GMA diagnostic fee is $99.00 which is what you were charged. As I reviewed the ticket Stacy cycled the system a couple times in defrost trying to get the unit to make the noise that you have been hearing. Typically with a heat pump sound occurs as the unit cycles off or in and out of defrost. Unfortunately the unit didn’t do anything un-ordinary so it’s always difficult to resolve. Please if you continue to notice this sound call us we want to find a resolution. We have a 1 year guarantee so we will work with you on this sound issue so you would not be charged another diagnostic fee.
